With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, I have honed my skills across various sectors, including healthcare, finance, not-for-profit, and education. My journey has seen me excel as an Executive Assistant, Chief Operating Officer, finance & HR manager, event manager, as well as a myriad of other roles, allowing me to bring a unique blend of expertise and dedication to every project.
As a Chief Operating Officer within the healthcare sector, I oversaw complex operations, streamlined HR processes, and managed substantial budgets, all while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. My background in Organisational management and my strategic approach to business have consistently led to enhanced efficiency and growth in every role I’ve undertaken.
Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted mum of five amazing (almost all fully grown) children and have been happily married to my wonderful husband, Matt, for 26 years. Balancing a busy family life with a demanding career has equipped me with exceptional organisational skills and a deep understanding of the importance of flexibility and efficiency.
